Project and Programme Management Diplomas and degrees, DoE and SAQA accreditated, are conducted by Cranefield. They are spear heading the new philosophy of managing organizations through projects and programmes and has become the integrated implementation link between corporate strategy, business strategy and operations strategy. This management approach is gaining popularity since it integrates and coordinates current chaordic strategic business and operational dimensions. A chaordic system is an unstable combination of randomness and plan infused by waves of change. Traditional organization forms and ways of managing organizations are becoming obsolete.
