Prior to starting Singular Systems in 2002, Anthony Wilmot, our Managing Director, successfully chose to develop his career by using his experience as a chartered accountant to solve complex business challenges in the IT environment. In 2002, he identified the opportunity to offer a more focused range of software solutions that were developed specifically to assist companies with compliance of share incentive scheme administration as well as the calculation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) on the specific identification method. These tools were the platform from which Singular Systems has expanded into the market leader in software development it is today.
